Naunton Country Market

Artisan food, drink and crafts

Naunton's first Country market is being held on Saturday, May 30th 10.30am to 4.00pm on the village recreation ground (GL54 3AS) overlooking the picturesque River Windrush and 16th Century Dovecote.

Nominated by 'Country Life' as one of the most attractive villages to live in the Unitied Kingdom, the Country Market has attacted more than 50 stall holders selling a wide range of locally produced, drinks, meat and other foods as well as artisan crafts ( see below for full listing).

In addition visitors will be able to enjoy home made cream teas, a bar selling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a BBQ with locally sourced hamburgers and sausages.

Delicious Winstone's ice cream available all day

There will be demonstrations by ladies from the Northleach Spinners and Weavers group, so come and have a go and try your hand at spinning wool.

Whilst to keep the children occupied there is face-painting available and supervised play area (both CRB checked). Children can also have fun decorating biscuits or similar
